You sensed you slightly changed. You started to enjoy in a quiet night with a book and light music. You started to dislike sleeping till noon at weekends. You started to feel stressful in night clubs. You started to take a breath before reaction.

You started to carry a book in your purse and read on the bus. You started to add your family into your free time plan. You started to go to bed early. You started to feel God again.

And you found the peacefulness coming back to your mind again.
