D.O.W.N.

I'm a bit down. I can't tell you why, cuz even myself have no idea why.
Everything goes the same way as usual. Nothing went wrong. I even got the job of being the coordinator in buyers meeting. My boss even told me I'll get promoted soon.
But i still feel down. No energy to work or socialize people. No energy to take challenges. No energy to do anything. No energy to wake up.
I hope this is merely the side effect of on a diet.

Skinny Beauty

So my 2 week annual leave finally got approved! Yah!:D

Then what happened this week? Hm.... Decided to go on a diet last week... let me tell you how I work on it...

Breakfast- Ham/egg sandwich with mike tea
Lunch- 7-11 salad with juice or yogurt (the package says totally around 300 cal)
Dinner- Half of company dinner box.. avoiding meat in there but only have fish
Exercise- Does walk from office to home everyday for 20 mins count? Intend to do yoga but seems I hurt my right arm for a wrong posture I'm hesitant to do it again without professional instruction. Climbing the steps to 10th floor everyday to the office seems another good idea but so far it hasn't been done yet. Oh, but I got 1.5 hr none-stop salsa practice every saturday night so i guess some fat should've been burned into sweat and the slight muscle pain...

So does it work? Well, according to my nice coworker, the belly seems to have shrunk down a bit. I still have upper arms and thighs and butt to work on and *touch wood* the boobs won't get shrunk this way.

There's only 1 month left to get into the real summer. Kan-Ba-De Tina!

Spin

I just had my first Salsa class.

The coach is a funny small guy in his... 40's I guess. He broke his arm few days ago from slipping off in dancing shoes. His opening words are 'don't wear dancing shoes to the restroom'. When we just wondered how he's gonna teach with one arm, he started swinging his butt along with the music, then we just realized salsa is all about under waist... (fortunately he didn't break his butt...)

The pupils are mostly girls, only 2 guys in this class. I actually expected the pupils would be those hot chicks who normally appear in clubs on saturday night, but surprisingly some hot moms were there in hot figures and you wouldn't tell their age from back. They swung quite well tho. There're also a few chubby girls, who make you wonder if fat can stretch as well as muscles. And the rest are finally those hot chicks, but the surprise is they seem to not quite know what dance is.

So today we learned 4 basic steps. It was pretty fun and for me not too difficult to learn. My partner is a tall strong girl but seems very shy. I wonder what brings her here to learn such passinate dance.

Now I'm exhausted. Gotta go take a shower and go to bed.

If the memory can be partly erased, would you go for it when everytime suffering from a broken love?

Can the memory be completely erased, no matter how deep it was built in your mind?

The movie 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind' is about it. It satisfies the imagination of the desire of erasing memories of those heart broken people, at the same time it tries to answer the question behind the surface, that if they really want those memories with someone once beloved to be erased. If the connection of two people will be dismissed along with the memories. If the story will be built again once two memory-erased lovers meet up again. If they will fall in love again.

'Maybe we should forget about each other for a while, then we can start to hang out again.' So she never sees him again.
