Found a nice spot on Mu-Cha Mao-Kung tea hills, where taipei 101 and city view can be seen clearly and is pretty quiet and peaceful. The lady from tea house suggested us coming up on new year's eve and enjoying 101 neon flash and firework from the hill. Yah... should be cool!:)
