Another piece of info for our new comer...

This is why we love taiwan. This tropical island would be much much more boring if only have one season. Summer here is fun, but winter is another fun time for us too! Let me tell you what 's fun in taiwan winter.

First, it's time for friends or families to get together and enjoy a warm hot pot... especially the spicy one! Altho we can always go for a hotpot at any time(and we usually do), it'd be more enjoyable to do it in the very cold weather. The hotpot here is mostly all your can eat, and also including drinks, fruit, and even ice cream. I ensure that this whole hotpot thing will keep you full and warm until next lunch! Hehehe...

Except for hotpot, if you're a gourmet you can also go for ginger duck, lamb fondu, all sorts of nutricious soups made with bones and chinese herbs/medicines, and sweet dumpling soup. Yes we're chinese and we love eating.

Second, it's time for going for the hot spring! The coolest thing is going up to the mountain at a full moon night, jumping into an outdoor hotspring pool in very cold weather, and having a bottle of warm sa-ke ready by the pool. Nude or with suit are both fine, depends on the gender of friends you're going with. If the place serves good chicken soup, then things will be perfect!

Third, people say winter fashion is more interesting than summer one, as more accessaries like scarf, hat, gloves, sucks in various styles can be put on and also you can play with the length of the boots and the thickness of the coats. The only thing upsets guys is they would have difficulty seeing boobs and butts bursting out anywhere.

So don't complain about the cold weather as there wouldn't be so much fun if it's not so cold. Also you gotta learn to stand the coldness instead of replying on the heater or some electric blanket as the winter here only lasts 3 months and you wouldn't have more than 10 chances to wear your heavy jacket in winter. After all, it's merely 10 degree C which is much warmer than the winter in your country.

So.. Enjoy then!:)
